With Cyclone Alfred looming, the second day of Round 14 was abandoned.
While the C3s finished fourth, whether the semi-finals go ahead next weekend depends on the outcome of the cyclone. The A1s finished eighth and the B3s finished fifth.
The A1s drew on first innings against Springwood Suns on first innings at Oliver Sporting Complex. Batting first, Coorparoo made 181 (James Collins 44, Chris Dishot 35, Ethan Bowditch-Wharton 31). Springwood reached 1/88, 93 runs behind.
The B3s drew on first innings against Taringa at Indooroopilly State High School. Batting first, Taringa made 278 (Liam Fogarty 3/38, Jacob McInerney 3/77, Michael McInerney 2/22). In reply, Coorparoo slumped to 4/73 (Amandeep Thatai 35 not out), trailing by 205 runs.
The C3s drew on first innings against QLD Lions Blue at McPherson Park (oval 1). The Lions batted for 76 overs, making 7/250. Abhishek Sundar Babu (2/40) and Ken Parry (2/51) took the majority of the wickets.
